What you will do

• Design and deliver intensive live interventions to small groups of students via an online video platform.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine and implement targeted student support.
• Use data to drive instructional decisions and track student growth paths.
• Coordinate student transitions and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain professional communication with students, parents, teachers, and colleagues.
• Create and manage intervention schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Active teaching certification or license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching or academic intervention experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online video conferencing tools.
• Ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 7 days of hire.
• Availability of at least 18 hours per week for day shifts.
