What you will do

• Design and execute content-first brand campaigns across social, digital, in-app, PR, partnerships, and influencer channels.
• Craft brand positioning, creative briefs, and marketing plans that align cultural moments with the brand mission.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle from ideation through execution and post-launch optimization.
• Integrate generative AI tools and workflows to scale content production and increase campaign agility.
• Lead creator and influencer marketing strategies to drive both brand awareness and conversion.
• Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and internal legal/compliance teams.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, or influencer management.
• Proven track record of executing multi-channel, social-first integrated campaigns.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and community building.
• Hands-on agility in applying generative AI tools for copy ideation and asset generation.
• Strong analytical skills to use data and insights to inform strategy and measure performance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participation).
