What you will do

  • Own marketing planning, execution, and performance for major co-branded partners, accountable for growth outcomes
  • Build and maintain 12-month marketing roadmaps with GMs, including quarterly planning and budget allocation
  • Design and execute acquisition campaigns across paid channels (paid social, search, affiliate, direct mail) and owned channels (lifecycle, email)
  • Optimize full-funnel performance with Lifecycle Managers and analytics: application, approval, activation, spend, retention
  • Develop experimentation frameworks, run tests to improve CAC, LTV, and partner KPIs
  • Own relationships with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams; track and report key metrics

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years growth or partner marketing in financial services or FinTech, with track record of launching/scaling products/partnerships
  • Deep knowledge of marketing workflows across paid/owned channels, including Braze for lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, AWIN) and paid acquisition (social, search)
  • Strong analytical skills for CAC, approval/activation rates, LTV, retention
  • Ability to build plans, experiment frameworks, funnel strategies with cross-functional teams
  • Strong relationship-building and communication for partner-facing conversations

  • Growth marketing: performance media, CAC optimization
  • Direct mail expertise: pre-screen campaigns, data providers (TransUnion), vendors
  • High-growth startup experience or scaling in resource-constrained environments
  • Product marketing for new launches
