VP, Marketing Integration and Engagement (MarTech/Fintech): Leading the integration and adoption of new marketing capabilities and MarTech tools to improve engagement and speed to market with an accent on cross-functional collaboration between Product, Data, and Marketing. Focus on operationalizing omni-channel personalization, AI-enabled tooling, and executing complex go-to-market strategies.

Location: Must be based in the US near a hirify.global Hub; hybrid work model requiring regular commuting for in-person engagement activities.

Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead the integration and adoption of MarTech capabilities including AI tooling, ESP enhancements, and mobile app features.
• Design and operationalize omni-channel personalization and content optimization.
• Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for new services and platform rollouts.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns across email, in-app, and web channels.
• Own the annual cardholder sweepstakes strategy and compliant execution.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all programs meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of experience in financial services or health and wellness marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of professional marketing experience, including 3 years of campaign execution.
• 3+ years of experience managing and coaching a team.
• Technical fluency in data flows, CDP, ESP, and personalization platforms.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to travel for business as required.
