What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software iteratively using clean code, testing, and cloud-native patterns.
• Build and enhance distributed, event-driven solutions in AWS, prioritizing security, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and improve observability through metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerts.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, InfoSec, and DevOps teams to ensure well-aligned technical solutions.
• Support a culture of continuous learning and mentorship within the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java and Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and best practices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, RDS, PostgreSQL, or DocumentDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
