What you will do

• Lead full-cycle technical implementations from initial kickoff and requirements discovery through to production launch.
• Develop and document custom solutions and integrations leveraging the company's SDK and APIs.
• Manage client environments (staging, pilot, production) and perform rigorous testing and validation of product features.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Support data conversion and migration efforts, including performance tuning and load testing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to coordinate deliverables and resolve dependencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical implementation, or systems integration.
• Proven experience in digital banking, FinTech, or regulated enterprise software environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases for configuration and data migration.
• Knowledge of core banking system integrations and standard data exchange formats (JSON, XML, REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools such as Kibana or Datadog.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
