TL;DR

IT & Data HRBP (HR Business Partnering): Supporting the execution of the people agenda across the APAC IT & Data organization with an accent on talent management, learning initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes. Focus on driving performance calibration, capability building, and fostering employee engagement while providing day-to-day HR guidance to managers and staff.

Location: Must be based in Malaysia

What you will do

• Drive and coordinate annual performance goal setting and talent calibration cycles.
• Lead learning, capability development, and skills-building initiatives across the function.
• Coach managers on conducting meaningful career and development conversations.
• Manage employee engagement survey analysis and implement action plans.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, benefits, and workforce analytics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in HRBP, Generalist, or Talent Management roles.
• Proven experience driving performance management and learning & development programs.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
