What you will do

• Provide strategic coaching to business leaders and employees on policy interpretation, benefits, and workplace practices.
• Drive HR data accuracy through audits, controls, and root-cause problem solving.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with personnel files and HR records according to federal and state employment laws.
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives including performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement actions.
• Optimize core HR workflows such as onboarding and HRIS data integrity.
• Manage HR data requests ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate documentation.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including direct experience as an HR Business Partner.
• 3+ years of HRIS experience focusing on reporting, analytics, and data integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups for data analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Delray Beach, Florida.

Nice to have

• HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR.
• Process improvement certification (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Experience working with Paycom HRIS.
