What you will do

• Support HR projects in Retail NL focusing on workforce planning, capability building, and performance culture.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to facilitate people-related decisions.
• Coordinate core HR cycles including performance, talent, succession, and reward.
• Translate people data and business inputs into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Implement upskilling and reskilling initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
• Support change initiatives by creating structure and maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in a junior HRBP, HR consulting, or HR project role.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Pragmatic mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Degree in Business, HR, Economics, Psychology, or a similar analytical field.
