What you will do

• Lead strategic HR projects across Retail NL, focusing on workforce transformation and performance culture initiatives.
• Design and implement strategic workforce planning models to support business priorities.
• Develop and execute upskilling and reskilling programs aligned with transformation goals.
• Deliver core HR cycles, including performance, talent, succession, and reward management.
• Utilize people analytics and data insights to shape actionable people strategies.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with clear, measurable targets.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, preferably in HR or Business.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR partnering experience in an international setting.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Strong consultancy or strategy background with structured problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
