What you will do

• Design and scale operations for hiring, onboarding, and the entire employee lifecycle from the ground up.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to create scalable systems and workflows.
• Execute critical day-to-day HR operational processes, including onboarding workflows and employee exits.
• Maintain underlying Plx data pipelines and Google Apps Script dashboards.
• Conceptualize and automate workflows using AI tools as a co-pilot for scripting and data querying.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
• High proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script, JavaScript).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to generate scripts, query data, and troubleshoot processes.
• Must be based in or able to work in Mountain View, CA under a hybrid model.
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing time-sensitive operational and compliance tasks.
