Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days office, 2 days remote). Travel up to 25% within UK and Europe.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise discovery to uncover business problems and analyze the prospect's technology landscape.
• Deliver outcome-focused demonstrations using storytelling to connect technical capabilities to business goals and KPIs.
• Design fit-for-purpose solution architectures and quantify business impact via ROI and efficiency metrics.
• Manage proof-of-value (PoV) engagements, including configuring trial environments and measuring success criteria.
• Mentor and coach fellow Solutions Engineers to elevate technical standards and best practices across the UK & EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer requirements and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS pre-sales or solution engineering, preferably supporting enterprise-level deals.
• Technical expertise in solution architecture, integrations (APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML), and security/compliance concepts.
• Strong conversational discovery skills and the ability to perform outcome-selling.
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools to enhance pre-sales productivity and research.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid work schedule.
