Senior Solutions Engineer (Enterprise DACH)

Location: Must be located in Germany, the UK, or the Netherlands. Remote, office-based, or hybrid work is available depending on location. No relocation support is offered.

What you will do

• Partner with account teams and channel partners to lead customer discovery and understand enterprise business problems.
• Map customer needs to hirify.global products, platforms, and solutions, identifying opportunities for cross-product expansion.
• Act as a product expert during the pre-sales process and deliver standard and customized value-based demonstrations.
• Guide technical discussions, address customer requirements, and build confidence in hirify.global as the right solution.
• Work closely with sales counterparts to improve opportunities, engagements, and the overall selling cycle.
• Document customer feedback and competitive intelligence and share insights with product management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for audiences at multiple levels.
• Ability to interpret complex business problems and translate them into technical and business solutions.
• Comfort working with both executive stakeholders and technically advanced audiences.
• Fluent German and English.
• Must be located in Germany, the UK, or the Netherlands; relocation support is not available.
