Solutions Engineer DACH (SaaS)

Location: Remote work possible anywhere in Germany, France or the UK; the role is associated with Berlin.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success to align customer objectives with hirify.global capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery, answer prospect questions and provide sales support throughout the sales process.
• Plan and configure product presentations, proofs of concept and pilot projects.
• Lead technical workshops covering SaaS integrations, middleware, ETL, APIs and web services.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for stakeholders ranging from CEOs and CTOs to developers and Learning and Development leaders.
• Help establish best practices, design processes and grow the Solutions Engineering function in Germany.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engagement Management or LMS implementation consulting, ideally in SaaS.
• Consultative selling experience and knowledge of enterprise technologies such as SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS.
• Ability to demonstrate technical expertise when working with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and CISOs.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and support POC or pilot construction.
• Fluent German and business-fluent English are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
