Principal Solution Engineer, Strategic, UKI/Benelux & Nordics

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands; listed locations include London and Amsterdam. Occasional travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical engagement in complex sales cycles for strategic accounts.
• Conduct customer discovery to identify business challenges, goals, technical requirements, and cross-product expansion opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect technical capabilities with business needs and address customer objections.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead interactive workshops showcasing workflows and hands-on solutions.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales, channel partners, account managers, and product stakeholders to drive transformation deals.
• Analyze competitors and experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

• At least four years of sales engineering experience covering large strategic accounts.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proactive, collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused approach with a passion for technology and knowledge sharing.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
