What you will do

• Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring high adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Act as a strategic advisor, providing recommendations that align influencer programs with business goals.
• Oversee campaign delivery from kickoff to reporting, ensuring content quality and alignment with KPIs.
• Lead strategic business reviews (SBRs) and campaign wrap reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Project manage campaigns by delegating tasks to and mentoring Coordinators and Co-Ops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams to enhance client experience.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media.
• Proven success acting as a strategic advisor mapping recommendations to business goals.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple accounts.
• Language: Spanish-speaking required.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
