Location: Remote, but initial focus on candidates local to the Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York areas. Starting June 2027, employees within a 50-mile radius of the office must work on-site three days per week (hybrid).

What you will do

  • Lead the development, improvement, and monitoring of payment default and balance persistency processes for personal loans.
  • Own forward-looking guidance and performance outcomes for critical portfolio segments.
  • Provide scenario analysis and financial impact sizing resulting from changes in credit underwriting and pricing policies.
  • Assess macroeconomic trends and adjust loss expectations accordingly.
  • Partner with Capital Markets and Credit Strategy teams to define and achieve return targets.
  • Mentor junior team members and maintain high governance and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6–10 years of experience in credit risk, loss forecasting, or portfolio analytics.
  • Expertise in forecasting payment default behavior and balance persistency for lending products.
  • Advanced analytical expertise and strong business judgment.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or local to the Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, or New York areas.
