Product Analyst, Lending Team (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, based in the NYC office with a 3–2 hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday–Thursday and work from home Monday and Friday.

Salary: Base salary starting from $75,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

Provides data and analytics solutions for commercial real estate, CMBS, CLO, and lending markets.

What you will do

• Analyze usage patterns, client behavior, and performance metrics for lending products.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Support product managers with requirements, user stories, documentation, and release notes.
• Conduct market and competitive research across lending, CRE, and fintech.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams to collect feedback and track roadmap progress.
• Perform data validation and quality checks for lending product datasets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a product, business, or data analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL or willingness to develop it quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• US work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship needs.

Nice to have

• Exposure to commercial lending, CRE, CMBS, or CLO markets.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to data analysis or fintech workflows.
