What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and coordinate all on-site work activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff in accordance with contract and HR policies.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and performance management of personnel.
• Drive the contract Performance Assessment Process to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Ensure all staff and contractors maintain high competency and strictly adhere to safety standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience managing clients with multiple sites.
• Professional background in the aviation industry.
• Demonstrated success in multi-function project management, including budget planning and cost estimating.
• Knowledge of provincial government health and safety codes and standards.
• A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
