Salary: $52,000–$68,000 CAN

What you will do
- Support project coordination and administration from initiation through closeout under guidance from Client Engagement or a Project Manager.
- Create, maintain, and update project tasks, timelines, and milestones in the agency project management system.
- Assist with project setup, including timelines aligned to scopes of work and billing schedules, and support resource booking and hour scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain internal and client status reports; schedule and coordinate status meetings, including agendas and recaps.
- Support the medical/regulatory/legal (MLR) review process by handling document submission, tracking, and follow-up.
- Maintain organized project documentation and historical records; support expense tracking/allocation, audits, invoicing support, and revenue reporting as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent related industry experience (Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to follow established processes and escalate issues or risks appropriately.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) to support client programs.
