What you will do

• Develop, execute, and implement transformation projects and business priorities in collaboration with executive sponsors.
• Maintain detailed project plans, action plans, and RAID logs using Smartsheet.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement utilizing Lean and Agile principles to optimize team performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure proactive management of challenges.
• Manage budgets and efficiently allocate resources to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Lead organizational change initiatives by managing expectations and minimizing resistance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading large, business-wide transformational programs.
• Proven track record of delivering projects across Canada and partnering with US-based cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science disciplines.
• Expertise in negotiating and resolving complex issues and risks in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Must be located in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Professional certification in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
