Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office.

Compensation: $67,000–$84,000 CAD annually.

hirify.global provides cloud-based SaaS for public-sector and government organizations, including procurement, budgeting, payments, grants management, and special education administration.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout end-to-end onboarding, leading kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, implementation guidance, and transition from sales to adoption.
• Configure SaaS products, system settings, workflows, and integrations using out-of-the-box functionality wherever possible.
• Carry out project management activities, including scope control, reliable communications, risk and opportunity evaluation, and change-management support.
• Prepare data and initial data loads in Excel, write simple scripts, and author ad hoc customer reports where required.
• Coordinate with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support to resolve issues and deliver a coherent client experience.
• Develop and deliver client training, maintain implementation documentation and knowledge-base articles, and contribute to improving implementation processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and lead workshops.
• Technical aptitude, including the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications and address implementation challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience designing and documenting reports generated from relational databases, with the ability to author reports using SSRS or Power BI being a significant plus.

Nice to have

• High comfort level with Excel.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly GovTech.
• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana, or similar software for project tracking and time management.
