What you will do

• Develop and execute digital and call analytics strategies aligned with eCommerce and customer growth objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analytics, data science, and data engineering professionals.
• Oversee data governance and deliver enterprise data products, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Optimize Wireless and Wireline digital buyflows, customer journeys, and conversion performance.
• Deliver executive reporting and translate complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive innovation using AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, eCommerce Analytics, Data Science, or BI.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing analytics or BI teams.
• Expertise in conversion optimization, customer journeys, and self-service adoption.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
