What you will do

• Define and deliver the analytics roadmap and strategy for the Publishing organization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Explore new opportunities in data science to measure marketing performance and player engagement.
• Develop statistical models to analyze campaign factors, sales, and multi-touch player journeys.
• Champion A/B testing methodologies and consistent measurement of impact across the marketing funnel.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership through regular analytics reporting and meetings.
• Lead, develop, and manage high-performing analytics and data science teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing Analytics and Data Science teams.
• Expertise in quantitative analysis and data science methodologies applied to marketing and sales.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating within large, matrixed organizations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Paris or Montreal.
