What you will do

• Lead the enterprise-wide analytics strategy and mentor a high-performing team of analysts.
• Develop scalable measurement frameworks and ROI models for paid media, influencer, and retail performance.
• Build predictive models to quantify incremental revenue and retail lift across eCommerce and offline partners.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for executive leadership and clients.
• Design and oversee data collection infrastructure, including pipelines in GCP, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to embed data-driven insights into core business decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in research, analytics, and measurement, ideally in marketing or agency environments.
• Deep technical proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis and data modeling.
• Experience with GCP, BigQuery, and Snowflake for data infrastructure and BI tools like Sigma.
• Expertise in primary/secondary research, MMM, brand lift studies, and regression analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Canada.
