Location: Remote - Must be based in the US or Canada

Salary: Base $200,000 - $230,000 + 15% Bonus

What you will do

• Analyze business performance to identify drivers across churn, retention, conversion, and unit economics.
• Define the multi-year strategy for analytical data modeling, structuring, and governance to support scalable growth.
• Develop scalable and reliable analytical models in close partnership with Data Engineering.
• Lead the strategy for AI-driven analytics, automating reporting and enhancing the AI data assistant.
• Manage the Looker BI platform, including dashboard strategy and self-service reporting improvements.
• Lead the company's OKR process and build the analytics function by hiring and developing a high-quality team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an analytics or data function.
• 4+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and statistics fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (or similar transformation tools) and Looker.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into insights that influence leadership decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or multi-product marketplaces during scaling or expansion.
• Experience working within Salesforce- and Snowflake-based environments.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering functions on platform infrastructure.
