Senior Planner (Data Centre Sector)

What you will do

• Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define clear responsibility and ownership for all deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Ensure schedules adhere to project execution plans, procurement, and project control strategy documents.
• Provide regular updates on schedules progress.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and ability to communicate findings to partners.
• Working experience using P6 scheduling software.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
