Salary: $184,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and operating model for implementation, enablement, and advisory pillars.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team as a hands-on player-coach.
• Transform implementation into consultative, outcomes-driven onboarding to compress time-to-value.
• Build productized customer training grounded in formal learning methodology and structured curriculum design.
• Scale the advisory practice to help customers navigate AI adoption and maturity.
• Define the commercial model, including pricing and packaging, and establish an operational backbone for resource capacity planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services, customer success, or solutions-delivery leadership at a SaaS or AI company.
• AI fluency (LLMs, agents, RAG, data governance) applied to customer services and workflow outcomes.
• Proven ability to evaluate service offerings and grow Services into a strategic, revenue-relevant motion.
• Experience leading teams through restructuring or re-organizations with empathy.
• Ability to fluidly navigate between customer pitches, senior leadership conversations, and hands-on teamwork.
• Must be located in the continental United States.

Nice to have

• Background in formal learning methodology or curriculum design.
• Experience scaling professional-services automation (PSA) and resource/capacity-planning infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI-transformation services within EdTech or B2B SaaS environments.
