What you will do
- Hire, coach, and lead the PM Delivery Team to foster a culture of high performance and ownership.
- Execute strategic business plans to meet regional revenue, consumption, and utilization targets.
- Manage large, complex engagements and act as the primary escalation point for executive stakeholders.
- Standardize delivery processes by reviewing proposals and developing efficiency tools based on field input.
- Collaborate with Sales, Resource Management, and Partners to align services with customer needs.
- Develop repeatable industry-based solutions to scale delivery across various verticals.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Professional Services delivery experience.
- Proven track record of building and leading large teams (25+) and managing financial targets.
- Expertise in building scalable Program Management Offices (PMO) and governance frameworks.
- Experience with consumption-based business models and SaaS solutions.
- Strong executive stakeholder presence and management consulting skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work from the Menlo Park office.
