Senior Cost Manager CSA (Life Science Construction)

What you will do

• Lead the tender and bid process from initial documentation through to analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process, including identifying and implementing cost-affecting changes.
• Create detailed cost plans and estimates for key client developments.
• Oversee project spending via valuations and cost reports.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims.
• Mentor and lead employees to foster professional growth and top performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor, ideally from a consultancy background.
• Expertise in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.
• Degree in project management, construction, or comparable professional experience.
• Right to work in Germany is required.
• Chartered status or actively working towards completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
