CQV Manager (Pharma & MedTech)

Location: Office-based in Frankfurt, Germany, with travel and on-site working flexibility required

What you will do

• Provide oversight and direction to commissioning project teams and the wider German operations.
• Support projects from bid and proposal stages through commissioning and client aftercare.
• Lead or support commissioning and qualification activities on site, including process equipment installation and witnessing.
• Prepare C&Q plans, commissioning schedules, impact assessments, qualification documentation, and performance reports.
• Develop and execute commissioning and qualification lifecycle protocols and lead or support SATs.
• Coordinate client engineering, quality, and production requirements while supporting meetings, audits, troubleshooting, and technical quality activities.

Requirements

• Proven commissioning and qualification experience across multiple BioPharma or Life Sciences projects, focused on process and mechanical or electrical commissioning.
• Project execution or construction experience in Germany.
• Expert knowledge of GMP compliance and German and European regulatory requirements.
• Team leadership experience and a degree in process engineering, natural sciences, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
• Fluent German and English, plus flexibility for travel and on-site execution.
