Regional Construction Safety Services Manager (DACH & Nordic Regions)

Location: Based in Dublin, Ireland, with work required across office and site projects in Germany, Switzerland and the Nordic regions. Hybrid working arrangement.

What you will do

• Lead health and safety leadership, culture and policy implementation across the DACH and Nordic regions.
• Develop project-specific health and safety strategies, programmes and plans for offices and construction projects.
• Coordinate site access, security, inductions, first aid, welfare, emergency arrangements and on-site safety resources.
• Monitor safety performance through audits, inspections, reporting indicators and contractor activity reviews.
• Provide specialist health, safety and wellbeing advice, including behavioural safety coaching and incident investigation.
• Support projects across proposal, design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, handover and operational stages, including site safety advisor duties when required.

Requirements

• Experience in a health and safety environment, a recent degree in Health and Safety Management, or current study toward a NEBOSH qualification.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Knowledge of design and construction health and safety principles and proven technical skills in occupational safety and health.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• IOSH membership or an equivalent qualification is advantageous.
