What you will do

• Enforce HSE and safety requirements on site and intervene in case of deviations.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors during mechanical installation activities.
• Ensure quality, quantity, and compliance of installation work.
• Review and maintain turbine-related reports and documentation.
• Participate in project and site meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Identify and report missing or defective components to site management.

Requirements

• Technical vocational training in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Willingness to undertake multi-week assignments on construction sites and regular Saturday work.
• High willingness to travel mainly within Germany, and occasionally to Austria and the Netherlands.
• Medical fitness for working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Valid driving license class B and proficient PC skills (MS Office).
• Good command of English for collaboration in international teams.
