What you will do

• Manage monthly preventive maintenance schedules and conduct random quality audits on equipment.
• Lead PM committee meetings and coordinate with clients regarding operational support and contractual requirements.
• Oversee corrective maintenance and breakdown activities, providing technical support to troubleshooters.
• Manage spare parts consumption, identify cost-reducing alternatives, and prepare consumption reports for clients.
• Develop and revise Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HSE-compliant method statements.
• Evaluate and create training plans for technical staff to improve overall service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in site engineering.
• Ability to operate specialized measuring equipment and computer-based software programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional relationship management.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
