What you will do

• Monitor all engineering assets and systems to ensure timely attendance and operational stability.
• Oversee service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and site policies.
• Manage shift workflows, including PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), incident reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, including PTW and RAMS.
• Perform audits on quality and environmental systems (ISO 9000, 14000, 27000, 55000).
• Lead and direct shift engineers to perform tasks safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Qualified as an electrical or mechanical engineer.
• Multi-skilled expertise in Mechanical/Electrical systems, UPS, Generators, and Power Distribution.
• Current HV training certificate and HV switching experience.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Germany.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
