What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, packaging lines, and utilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic hydraulic faults.
• Conduct condition monitoring and inspections to identify wear, leaks, and performance issues.
• Install and modify machine components during maintenance and production changeovers.
• Record all maintenance activities and findings within the CMMS.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• MBO Level 3 or 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical drives, bearings, chains, gears, pneumatics, and basic hydraulics.
• Basic understanding of PLC inputs and outputs.
• English: Good communication skills required.
• Ability to work according to HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.

Nice to have

• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Valid VCA certificate, LOTO training, and NEN 3140 certification.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
