What you will do

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, specifically mechanical (HVAC, plumbing) and electrical scopes
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment and manage subcontractors
• Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and stakeholder reporting

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mississauga, Canada
• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5–10 years of project management experience in construction with mechanical and electrical exposure
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and building systems
• Proven track record of managing project budgets and schedules
• Familiarity with Canadian building codes and regulatory requirements

Nice to have

• PMP designation or equivalent certification
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Procore
