What you will do

• Lead day-to-day construction operations at the industrial site to ensure activities meet safety, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Manage construction activities according to authorized budgets and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for construction contractors, providing clear direction on priorities and coordination.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues that could impact safety, quality, or the project timeline.
• Support project administration, including RFI processes, scope of work documentation, and record-keeping.
• Facilitate construction standups and report project status and key issues to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or construction management with a focus on industrial/process industry ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Construction Management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA, including the ability to wear PPE (hardhats, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes).
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, and contract management.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) covered processes.
