Senior Cost Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Hybrid. Must be open to relocate to the United States within the next 6 months. Offices available in the US (Raleigh, NC) and UK (Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Oxford, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London).

What you will do

• Participate in the tender and bid process from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process, identifying and implementing changes affecting project costs.
• Create precise estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports.
• Handle final accounts, claims, and support the settlement of construction disputes.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to foster the growth of employees.

Requirements

• Open to relocate to the United States within the next 6 months.
• Quantity Surveying qualification with 3+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Proven experience as a Cost Manager or QS, ideally within a consultancy background.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.
• RICS chartership obtained or currently in the process of completion.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
