Senior Commissioning Agent (Data Center)

Location: Remote; travel required for commissioning work

Salary: $117,000–$210,000 USD annual salary

What you will do

• Oversee daily commissioning activities for data centers and other large-scale infrastructure.
• Conduct pre-functional and functional testing to validate system integrity.
• Work with complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot problems, maintaining quality and reliability.
• Support marketing and business development efforts to gain new clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of pre-functional and functional commissioning.
• Construction experience.
• Ability to lead projects, work independently, and manage varied client-focused tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel as required for commissioning assignments.
