Senior Manager, Project Controls, Electrical Estimator, Project & Development Services (Electrical Estimating)

What you will do

• Manage cost management activities for complex capital projects focused on electrical trades in divisions 26, 27, and 28.
• Establish cost management programs, deliverables, tools, technologies, processes, and procedures.
• Prepare electrical quantity take-offs, estimates, cost analyses, and studies using complex drawings and NECA labor productivity resources.
• Integrate project plans and cost components into integrated cost plans and provide cost risk, issue, and mitigation analysis.
• Lead accruals, forecasts, quantitative risk assessments, earned value management, and project controls for complex manufacturing programs.
• Support procurement and delivery through invoice reviews, RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, value engineering, and project execution planning.

Requirements

• Must work in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of related cost management experience on capital projects covering design and construction phases.
• Electrical estimating experience, including interpreting complex electrical drawings and preparing quantity take-offs.
• Construction industry experience and experience working in complex, matrixed environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, with strong problem-solving, analytical, reporting, and team leadership capabilities.
