What you will do

• Provide on-site technical leadership for large-scale data center projects as the owner's engineering representative.
• Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and commissioning teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review mechanical designs, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to maintain system integrity.
• Conduct field inspections and support constructability reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve technical issues to ensure high quality, reliability, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, cooling systems, and piping infrastructure.
• Must be based in or work on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska.
