What you will do

• Drive audience development across newsletters, social, and organic channels to build a consistent prospect pipeline.
• Own lifecycle execution by building and managing email flows, segmentation, and dynamic content in the ESP.
• Run a continuous testing program across paywalls, offers, landing pages, and onboarding sequences.
• Capitalize on editorial moments by standing up rapid campaigns during news-driven traffic surges.
• Maintain rigorous daily reporting on conversion and churn to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in subscription marketing, growth marketing, or audience development.
• Experience at a startup or small-stage company with a focus on direct execution.
• Ability to perform spreadsheet analysis, cohort reporting, and A/B test interpretation.
• Direct experience with ESPs, subscription platforms, and web analytics.
• Strong copy instincts and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the US.
