What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle project execution using Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, or DMAIC methodologies.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with clear operational outcomes.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders to define scope, success metrics, and decision frameworks.
• Proactively identify cross-project dependencies, risks, and constraints to ensure organizational alignment.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows through process mapping and collaboration.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain dashboards to provide transparency for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, DMAIC).
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Project Management certification.
