What you will do

• Plan and manage end-to-end project delivery for various software projects.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) using a people-first approach.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear project documentation, performance metrics, and reports.
• Support pre-sales activities and evaluate project fit during bench periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing software development projects.
• Must be based in Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, or Colombia.
• Prior technical background (developer experience preferred) and deep knowledge of SDLC.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and contemporary project management tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new project contexts and dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Experience participating in pre-sales activities and preparing commercial proposals.
• Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
