What you will do

• Carry out duties efficiently, complying with procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
• Prepare key stage reports, programmes, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Run competitive tender processes, manage contractor queries, and assist with contract documents.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and administer various forms of building contracts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Construction Project Management degree or similar qualification with relevant experience.
• Contract administration experience and working knowledge of building contracts.
• Track record of managing projects, prioritising workloads, and delivering to deadlines.
• Proactive, organised, commercially astute, with ability to identify business opportunities.
• Chartered or equivalent professional qualification (or working towards it).
