Creator Acquisition Associate (Photographer Recruiter)

Location: 100% onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Expand hirify.global into new markets by growing the photographer community.
• Set up and maintain photographer recruitment funnels to meet launch targets.
• Support photographers throughout the onboarding process.
• Contact interested photographers and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Take ownership of creator acquisition and contribute to hirify.global’s growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong phone manner and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for organizing recruitment funnels.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Ortigas.
