What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to equip tutors with the necessary skills for excelence.
• Act as the primary liaison between tutors and the corporate team to ensure needs are addressed promptly.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with school and district administrators.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, including monitoring tutor attendance.
• Manage accurate data collection to track the positive impact of tutoring programs.
• Provide on-site classroom support and travel between various district schools.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to schools in Los Angeles, CA.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
• Experience working in virtual operations and team environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various media (in-person, phone, video).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
