TL;DR

Location: Remote from LATAM or the Philippines. Work schedule: MST 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What you will do
- Own project management post-client meetings by capturing and routing 15-30 action items per call.
- Drive task completion using Asana, ensuring clear ownership, context, and deadlines.
- Manage end-to-end internal billing, invoicing, and payment tracking cycles.
- Handle recurring administrative tasks and multi-inbox email management via Outlook.
- Produce lower-complexity client-facing writing in the partner's voice.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, project management, or founder's associate roles.
- Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines.
- English: C1+ required for direct communication with US clients.
- Hands-on experience with Asana or comparable PM tools (ClickUp, Monday, Trello).
- Working-level fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT and/or Claude) for professional drafting and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Nice to have
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or brand industries.
- Advanced Excel skills for building reusable models, dashboards, or reporting tools.
- Advanced AI workflows, including agent workflows or light coding.
- Experience with Clockify or similar time-tracking systems.
