Salary: $155,000 – $207,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Lead complex employee relations and high-stakes performance situations end-to-end.
• Design and iterate company-wide talent development programs from first principles.
• Coach managers through team scaling, reorganizations, and performance complexity.
• Build workforce models using Excel and AI tools (Claude) to identify capability gaps and succession risks.
• Mentor junior People partners to raise the overall team bar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a People Partner in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record in org design, workforce planning, and managing complex employee relations.
• Strong grounding in US employment law (Title VII, ADA, FMLA).
• High proficiency in Excel and analytical fluency with People data.
• Experience with AI tools and motivation to build AI-enhanced People workflows.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience building performance management, career progression, or compensation programs.
• Experience partnering with Finance on headcount budgeting and workforce modeling.
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from design to adoption.
• Familiarity with California employment law.
